Today we are thrilled to announce a series of new features and improvements to our platform. Our development team has been hard at work and we can't wait for you to see what they have been up to. In this blog post, we'll dive into the details of what's new and how it will benefit you. New Widget: Data Count Comparison The first one is to preview and compare complex numerical data. You can compare almost any kind of numerical data from your CRM. Possibilities are almost endless, making this new widget a very powerful addition to the platform. For example, you could compare survey results: To add a “Data Count Comparison” widget to your dashboard, click on the settings cog at the top right of your dashboard and then on “Add Widget”. You will find the “Data Count Comparison” widget under the “Graph Widget” tab. You can add any kind of numerical parameters. All you need to do is add a data stream and select what kind of information you want to be displayed using the filter, as shown in the screenshot below: New Widget: Tag List Stats The second new widget will show you how many subscribers have a specific tag. For example, you might be interested to see how many subscribers currently have the “Activated” tag. To add a “Tag List Stats” widget to your dashboard, click on the settings cog at the top right of your dashboard and then on “Add Widget”. You will find the “Tag List Stats” widget under the “Contact Widget” tab. Widget Settings Speaking of widgets, we also added more settings, for more flexibility. Previously, you could create “Segmentation” widgets where you can only select segments. Well, you can now select tags as well, in addition to segments. Clickable Numbers Also note that you can now click on the numbers displayed in widgets. Doing so will direct you to the section (like the segment or tag for example) or the report from which the number came from, so you access more details with the click of a mouse. Clone Option You can now easily clone business dashboard using the “Clone” option. All you need to do is click on the settings cog at the top right of the dashboard and click on “Clone”. Your dashboard will then be instantly cloned. You will of course be able to modify your new dashboard, by adding, removing or editing widgets as required. CRM Filtering System Improvements We improved the way the different types of fields look in the “Contact Filters” modal window, as shown in the screenshot below: New Shortcut You can now send an email to a specific contact right from the CRM, by clicking on the “Send Email” option in the three-dot icon menu. After you've clicked on the “Send Email” option, you will see a modal window with an email editor, so you can send an email, directly from Platformly, to that specific contact. Messaging New Website Button You can now add a website icon to your HTML emails, in addition to social media icons. That way, you can add a link to your website or blog for example, next to your social media profiles. Please note that this new option is also available in our landing page builder. Tracking Send New or Existing Email As you may already know, you have the ability to send an email to a specific segment directly from the “Segments” section. To do so, simply click on the three-dot icon next to the segment you want to email and click “Send Email”. Same principle in the “Tags” section. Additionally, when sending an email from the “Segments” or “Tags” section, you now have the ability to choose whether you want to create and send a new email or send an existing email, as shown below: Forms & Pages New Templates We added new form and page templates for affiliate program owners. If you run an affiliate program, or are planning to start one, make sure you take a look at our templates. Setup New User Permissions You can now choose what sender profiles your team members can see and use. All you need to do is add the sender profile(s) you want them to have access to in the dedicated field, as shown below: ElasticEmail Suppression URL If you use ElasticEmail as an SMTP provider, you can now easily find and copy the Suppression URL directly from the “Mailer” tab, as shown below: ➡️ Click here to log in and check out these new features and improvements.
