January has been another very busy month for our team. Here is a quick summary of all the new features and updates from the past month…

New Form Builder

First, let's talk about the new form builder, which has been our main focus for the past few weeks. We have greatly improved the user interface of the existing form builder, to make it more intuitive and simpler to use.

We have also fixed several functionalities, as well as fixed and improved several form templates. More templates are on their way… Make sure you give the new form builder a try now if you haven't already!

Form Builder v1 (Before)

Form Builder v2 (Now)

Add Emojis to Your Email Subjects

You can now add emojis to your email subjects. As you can see in the demo video below, you can add them wherever you want, in just a few clicks. There is a large selection of emojis available, but if we're missing an important one, don't hesitate to let us know! πŸ˜‰

Add PDFs to Your Emails, Forms & Pages

This was a highly demanded feature and it's now available! You can now upload PDF Documents to your Media Vault and add them to your emails, forms and even pages.

For example, if you want to send a PDF guide to your contacts, simply upload it to your Media Vault and add the download link to your email copy. It's that easy!

New Column: Last Seen

Thanks to the Last Seen column, you can now quickly see when your contacts have performed their last action.

This is a great addition as it tells you how recently your contacts have taken action, so you can see who has been active and who hasn't, in the blink of an eye.

You can also filter your contacts by Last Seen of course.

WordPress Plugin Improvements

First, you can now add the project code to your site or blog directly from the WordPress plugin. A huge time-saver for WordPress users…

There are also more options to show forms: everywhere, on pages, on posts, everywhere except, on specific posts or pages…

The Platformly button now allows you to add page events, as well as onclick events, in addition to tracking links.

Last but not least, Platform.ly WordPress plugin is now fully compatible with the new WordPress editor (Gutenberg).

Chrome Extension Improvements

We have also made updates to the Platform.ly Chrome extension. With the latest version of the extension, you can now view contacts as well as add notes directly from Gmail.

New “Campaign Tracking” Dashboard Template

We have added a new Campaign Tracking template to help you keep an eye on the performance of your campaigns. The template includes key metrics such as your number of clicks, number of conversions, conversion rate, costs and much more.

New “Social” Dashboard Templates

If you use social media for your business, you will be pleased to learn that we have added 2 more powerful dashboard templates, to help you monitor your social stats.

The Social Media Overview template includes key metrics about your social media accounts, like your number of followers, subscribers…

On the other hand, the Facebook Engagement template solely focuses on Facebook, with your number of impressions, number of clicks, number of likes, number of reactions… A must-have for Facebook users!

Purchase Elements in Funnels

You can now select purchase elements like “Purchase has been made”, “Purchase refunded” or “Purchase cancelled” in your funnels, giving you more flexibility and options to choose from.

New Link Popup in Email Editor

We have updated the link popup in our email editor, to make it easier for you to add a link instantly, so you don't have to choose a type of link first. The Tracking Link option is still available of course.

New API Functions

We have added new functions to our API, to help with the integration of services. These new functions include:

  • Fetch basic account information
  • List last updated contacts

What's Next?

We have a lot coming up in February, including:

  • New Email Builder
  • Email Builder Templates
  • More Form Templates
  • Webhooks
  • New Integrations Directory & Application Process
  • Deadline Funnel Integration

More updates are on their way… Stay tuned!
