Did you know that JotForm natively integrates with Platformly? This integration has been available for a little while now, but we recently worked with the JotForm team to make some improvements to it. Today we're proud to announce that Platformly is now listed in JotForm's app directory! What's JotForm? JotForm is a powerful yet easy-to-use online app that allows you to quickly create custom online forms. Their intuitive, drag-and-drop user interface makes it super easy to build forms, without any technical knowledge required on your part. How does this integration do? This integration allows you to collect lead information through JotForm and have it instantly sent to your Platformly account. You will also be able to: Add contacts to a segment Remove contacts from a segment Add a tag to a contact Remove a tag from a contact Add a custom field to a contact This means you can segment your visitors and users based on questions they answer, about their current situation for example. Doing this will then help you increase conversion and improve customer satisfaction. What's new? As mentioned in our Winter update, we added a new option, which allows you to add new contacts to Platformly, if they don't already exist in your CRM: Imagine you create a survey using JotForm… You can now connect your JotForm survey in Platformly, so everyone who fills out the survey is added to your CRM (including their data) using the connection you created. We also made some improvements to the user interface of this integration.
